As part of the regional project “Prevention and Protection of the Health of Workers in Agriculture” coordinated and implemented by the Azienda Sanitaria Firenze, this short film concerning the operations carried out in the winery has been realized. The video clip illustrates the production cycle, with particular emphasis on the aspects related to safety at work, and shows the correct practices to be applied during processing. The video was shot at the Castello di Gabbiano in the year 2013.
