Non \u00e8 ancora terminata poich\u00e9 le piogge hanno costretto ad interrompere qualche giorno. Il frantoio \u00e8 attivo 24h, non passano 12 ore (ma neanche 10) tra raccolta e frangitura.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019olio di quest\u2019anno \u00e8 gradevolissimo, per sapore, per eleganza e per equilibrio; intenso, ma leggermente pi\u00f9 delicato dello scorso anno.<\/p>\n<p>Siamo molto contenti!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201clavori in corso\u201d tra gli ulivi e al frantoio.
